Meet the Founder
dream
Everything here means somethingI believe tattoos are more than ink; they're stories, memories, milestones, and expressions of who we are.
At DreamArt Tattoos, my goal is to create artwork that feels personal, intentional, and something you're proud to wear for years to come. Every piece is approached with care, creativity, and respect for the trust you place in me as your artist.
When you leave my chair, I want you to feel proud of your tattoo, proud of your decision, and excited to carry that piece of your story with you wherever life takes you.

All pricing ranges are estimates until the final design is completed and approved.
Final tattoo pricing is based on finalized design direction, detail, complexity, placement, execution, session scope, and overall resources required.
Additional concepts, excessive references, or major revisions submitted after the intake process may increase the final cost.Tattoos are priced based on the finalized confirmed tattoo, not the original inquiry concept.
Pricing reflects the time, preparation, supplies, and execution required to properly bring the tattoo to life.
DREAMart pricing is not structured in comparison to other artists or studios.
Pricing is based on DREAMart's personal standards, artistic direction, execution quality, preparation, professionalism, and overall client experience.
DREAMart prioritizes intentional artistry, quality execution, professionalism, and long-term client experience over rushed or underpriced work.
Designs are completed approximately within 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
-
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the booking and tattoo process.
Disrespectful, manipulative, aggressive, hostile, or threatening behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the appointment.
DREAMart reserves the right to refuse service at any time due to inappropriate conduct.
Professional boundaries are maintained to protect both the artist and client experience.
-
No clients under 17 vears old are accepted.
Clients requiring a parent or guardian must have that parent or guardian involved from the beginning of the booking process.
Parents or guardians must establish upfront whether they want involvement in pricing, design approval, communication, or scheduling.
Parent or guardian involvement cannot be added later in the process after pricing or design work has already begun.
Third-party miscommunication or cancellations caused by late parent or guardian involvement may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
DREAMart is not responsible for communication breakdowns between clients and parents or guardians.
-
Availability is discussed after project confirmation and deposit submission.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may automatically receive a late fee.
Depending on how late a client arrives, the session may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
Same-week cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to a rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling fees are 80% of the original deposit and do not apply toward the new tattoo balance.
Rescheduling fees exist because tattoo appointments reserve dedicated time, preparation, and scheduling blocks.

DREAMart is not responsible for reactions, skin complications, reduced skin quality, or inconsistent numbing caused by independently purchased numbing products.Numbing cream is not medical anesthesia and clients should still expect to feel portions of the tattoo during the session.
If numbing wears off during the session, the appointment will continue as scheduled.

Last-minute requests to bring additional people may be denied.
